Pertemps are seeking a skilled Show Blaster to join a manufacturing company in based in Kidderminster. Working on a temporary to permanent basis, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for manufacturing and a desire to grow within the team. The successful candidate will be eager to contribute to a respected company while developing their skills in a supportive environment.

The Duties of a Shot Blaster:
Set up and operate shot blasting equipment to prepare surfaces
Inspect surfaces to determine the correct techniques and tools needed.
Ensure all materials are finished to meet quality standards and specifications.
Regularly inspect and maintain shot blasting equipment
Work with the manufacturing team to achieve production targets.
Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
The Requirements of a Shot Blaster:
Previous experience as a Shot Blaster
Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
