Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established engineering company in their search for a Powder Coater/Painter to work in various sites across the North Wales & North West area

For the successful Powder Coater/ Painter our client is offering: 

Up to £15 per hour (Depending on experience)
Overtime paid at x1.5
Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm 
Temporary on going - Chance of Perms
The Role - Powder Coater/ Painter

Wet spraying 2-pack synthetic paints
Using a powder-coating oven
Applying the powder coat process to steel components.
Set up the flow of powder from guns to achieve the required thickness of paint
Visual inspections of coated parts
Ensure that the correct powder is used and of the correct quality
Ensure clean down of all equipment and that there is no colour contamination ready for the next process
What we are looking for in a Powder Coater/ Painter

Previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience of powder coating - ESSENTIAL
Previous experience of paint spraying
Previous experience using hand tools & power tools
Previous experience working in a production environment
Engineering qualification BENEFICIAL
