We are seeking an experienced projects administrator for a client based in Stafford Park. Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 12 months administration experience, have strong IT and communication skills. Temp to perm.
* The role supports all areas of the Projects team, you will support each individual with the day-to-day administration.
* Liaising with other internal departments to ensure projects are running on time and to the Client’s expectations
* Liaising with client on a daily basis, via telephone and email
* Creating and updating of documents and reports for internal and external use
* Use of internal software systems
* Providing regular updates of progress to the internal team
* Checking of daily tasks to ensure compliance to the process
