Champion continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Define and optimize assembly processes, including pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and testing.
Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Lead issue resolution and fault diagnosis to ensure seamless production operations.
Support design reviews, ensuring manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
Implement lean methodologies, driving efficiency and operational excellence.What Were Looking For:

Strong mechanical mindset with experience in automotive or similar manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in process documentation, including process flow, PFMEA, and operational documentation.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies (JIT, Kanban, MRP, Six Sigma desirable).
Skilled in diagnostic troubleshooting and issue resolution within a fast-paced production setting.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and circuit schematics (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic).
Strong IT skills, including SolidWorks (Desirable), SAP (Desirable), and Microsoft Office.
A goal-oriented, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a team environment.Qualifications:

HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
