Personal Assistant to Directors | Hybrid
 
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a PA to Directors on behalf of our long-standing client based in Telford, Shropshire on a full-time permanent basis.
 
You will be the key liaison point between our Board of Trustees and their Executive Leadership Team, dealing with a wide range of confidential communications assessing urgency and relevance. To be effective, you will need to be a great people person, motivated and an effective multi-tasker, with an excellent eye for detail. 
 
Salary: £26,400.00 - £28,000.00 per annum.
 
Hours: Mon-Fri | 35 hours per week Flexibility available.
 
Duties include:

Diary management and coordination and management of regular strategic meetings.
Taking minutes in meetings.
Providing agendas and monitoring papers.
Providing high quality administrative support to two directors including the director general. 
Ideal Candidate:

Exceptional people person.
Previous working experience as a PA essential.
Excellent administration background.
Proactive and a team player.
Solid IT Skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and delivery skills.
