Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for a change? A top 30 contractor in London is currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a mixed-use project in Bournemouth, with an £6,000,000 M&E package.

With the job currently in pre - construction this is a chance for the right person to join the scheme and see it through final phases to the handover. This is for a contractor that is family run and offers real progression for their staff

* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally within the construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and M&E packages.

* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
