An exciting opportunity has arisen for talented professionals to join a Manchester-based development consultancy renowned for its innovative approach. Positions are open from intermediate to Associate level, offering the chance to contribute to ambitious projects across sectors including residential, healthcare, education, retail, energy, and leisure.

Open Positions:

- Masterplanner
- Layout Designer
- Architect
- Urban Designer

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

- A relevant degree, Masters, or diploma in Urban Design, Architecture, or Built Environment.
- Experience in private practice, consultancy, or commercial housebuilding.
- Proficiency in detailed design and RMA outline application experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the planning system and the ability to interpret and adapt to local authority design guidance.
- Knowledge of CAD software experience with Vectorworks and/or SketchUp is beneficial.
- The ability to work independently and communicate confidently with colleagues, clients, and consultants.
- Strong interpersonal and interdisciplinary skills.
- Self-motivation and an excellent eye for detail.
