Professional and experienced Night Concierge required at a high-end new build residential block located in the Marble Arch area. As a Night Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the development and will be the main point of contact for all queries. Duties will include working closely with the Head Concierge and team to ensure the safety and security of the building and reporting any issues that arise to the Property Manager, meeting and greeting residents and visitors, handling residents’ enquiries with professionalism and efficiency in a timely manner and conducting regular site inspections and operations. The Night Concierge should have basic computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
