We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behavior, and support students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Effectively manage classroom behavior and implement de-escalation strategies when needed.
Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Provide feedback to students and contribute to their progress and development.
Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions during lesson coverages.Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in schools within the UK.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £100.00-£135.00 per day
