The Role: You'll be responsible for:

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults across diverse equipment
Managing building services infrastructure
Maintaining fire and intruder alarm systems
Working with complex LV networks
Ensuring regulatory compliance through comprehensive testing
Ideal Candidate:

Qualified electrician with proven experience
Strong background in building maintenance
Expertise in electrical testing and installations
Positive attitude and collaborative approach
Ideal candidate will hold IOSH or similar qualification
Experience in social housing maintenance or commercial settings welcome
Outstanding Benefits Package:

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Additional earnings through standby retention, call-outs, and overtime
