Administrator Opportunity, this role will incorporate huge elements of Sales Support and Customer Service! Full training and genuine development are inclusive. The training is expected to take around 6-9 months. Candidates from an administrative, sales or customer service background are hugely encouraged to apply!

Monday to Saturday day shifts, with a fixed day off during the week each week.

THE BUSINESS
Our fantastic client provides a full end-to-end solution, from finding your perfect flooring, to a full installation and after care service.  They offer a wide range of carpets, LVT, laminate, vinyl, wood flooring and much more. This is a terrific opportunity within a flourishing SME, they seek to appoint a talented individual who has ambitions to develop their own career as the business grows. Our client is dedicated to the upskilling and development of their staff members, the successful applicant for this role will receive first class training upon appointment. Our client will offer a comprehensive training scheme to guide you through your progression.
  
THE ROLE (PLEASE NOTE, FULL TRAINING CAN BE GIVEN IN AREAS NEEDED)

Professionally welcoming clients/customers into the store setting
Maintaining a clean and professional image when within the store setting
Processing and ordering materials
General administrative duties
Dealing with inbound enquiries in regards to customer queries
Providing a strong helping hand in regards to warm leads/enquires
With the best training, your role will slowly introduce more sales as your skillset & confidence grows.
Building your knowledge of the company’s products, offerings and services to allow for excellent conversations with customers.
Responsibility for sometimes opening and closing the store when required to do so.
