Senior Electronics Engineer – Fareham, Hampshire – Permanent up to £65,000 per annum

A well reputed aerospace company is seeking to hire a Senior Electronics Engineer to play a leading role in the development and implementation of safety critical technology for commercial and military products.

You’ll be working on the next generation of cutting edge aircraft technology and play a leading role in the full lifecycle of electronics development from requirement/specification capture > schematic/PCB design > verification/test/compliance.

The successful candidate will have good experience in most, but not necessarily all, of the following:

* Design of high integrity / safety critical circuitry.

* Design of microcontroller-based circuitry.

* Design of digital interface circuitry using SPI/I2C/CAN/MIPI/DDR.

* Design of analogue signal measurement/conditioning circuitry.

* Design of low voltage power supplies and power switching techniques.

* Design for lightning and voltage transient protection.

* Design for EMC/EMI.

Due to the nature of the products you will be working on and for security purposes, you will need to be a UK passport holder and be willing to work onsite in Fareham.

This position would suit an ambitious hands-on Engineer who has the capability to act as technical leader on projects and take accountability when needed.
