What's involved?

As Head Chef you will craft and plate high-quality dishes consistently, even under pressure and maintain food cost percentages within budget targets. other responsibilities include;

Manage stock efficiently through experience in stocktaking and control.
Communication Champion: Collaborate effectively with the team.
Uphold the highest standards of personal cleanliness and presentation.
Build and develop your team through effective recruitment, training, and coaching.
