Position: Junior Production Technician - Installer
Location: Horley, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
  
Join a dynamic team as a Junior Production Technician and work closely with their production and installation specialists. Your role will involve crafting, assembling, and adapting innovative window and retail display concepts. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines with a calm and solution-oriented approach. While prior experience in retail display installations is advantageous, full training will be provided.
  
Primary Responsibilities:

Assembly and Fabrication:
Cutting and preparing wooden bases.
Drilling and adapting fixtures for cable organisation.
Assembling modular metal frameworks.
Installation Support:
Learning to manage installation projects and campaigns.
Packing, organising, and transporting materials for setups.
Assisting in the setup and breakdown of displays.
Workspace Management:
Maintaining a neat and organised work area.
Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and company standards.
Production Assistance:
Helping to construct and finish display components.
Supporting vinyl application and detailing tasks.
Testing electrical components and handling light installations.
Collaboration and Development:
Taking direction from senior staff and reporting to your line manager.
Participating in regular health and safety training.
Assisting with site surveys when required.   
Ideal Experience:

Experience with hands tools
Experience with light power tools
Fantastic communication
Strong organisation and time management
