Are you ready to lead the night shift at one of the most well-known bakeries in the region?

We’re looking for an experienced leader in the FMCG environment who thrives on responsibility and independent decision-making. As the most senior manager on site during nights, you’ll drive operations, set standards, and guide a team of around 20, all without the need for constant oversight.

Here’s what you’ll step into:

* Authority and Autonomy – This role is for a decisive leader who isn’t afraid to take charge. With full responsibility on nights, you’ll be trusted to make the big calls that keep everything running smoothly.

* Strong Team Structure – You’ll manage a Shift Manager directly and oversee four Team Managers, ensuring the entire team is aligned and performing at their best. This isn’t a role for hands-off leadership – it’s a chance to lead, coach, and elevate an experienced team.

* Path to Progression – This role is designed with advancement in mind. After a focused 15 months on nights, you’ll be set for a transition to days, bringing your leadership skills to even more strategic work.
