What You’ll Do

* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.

* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations with accuracy.

* Assist guests with queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

* Promote hotel offerings, including breakfast sales, to enhance the guest experience.

* For Supervisors: Lead and mentor the front desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
