Your new role
Position: Maintenance Plumber
Location: Loughborough, single site, ranging from halls of residence and commercial office buildings.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No overtime while temporary)
Contract Type: 3 months. After 3 months, temporary to permanent positions are available.
Pay Rate: £21 p/hr (Umbrella)

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance plumbing tasks across multiple buildings.
Tasks could include: bathroom and kitchen repairs, system maintenance, leaks and pipe damage.
Ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Respond to reactive plumbing emergencies and routine maintenance requests.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address site-wide issues.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a plumber in a similar setting.
Minimum Level 2 qualification, ideally Level 3.
Own tools required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
