The Opportunity
Are you a driven Project Manager ready to lead a meaningful development with real community impact? This is your opportunity to join a growing developer delivering a brand-new £8m supported housing scheme in Salford—featuring affordable apartments, community facilities, and sustainable infrastructure.
This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager based in or near Salford or Greater Manchester who wants to take full ownership of a mid-sized, high-spec development from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll be the key figure driving delivery, performance, and quality on a project that blends residential living with social value.

Your Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of the scheme—coordinating design, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. You’ll manage budgets, programmes, and procurement, ensuring all phases of the project are delivered on time, to budget, and to specification.
With 42 apartments, community spaces (including a shop, offices, and a workshop), and associated landscaping, infrastructure, and drainage, this project requires a Project Manager who’s confident overseeing both building and civil elements. You’ll lead progress meetings, manage client and consultant relationships, and report regularly to senior leadership.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in affordable housing, supported living, or mixed-use residential projects.
