Sales Executive

Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive, to help generate leads and expand our business and help us grow as a company. As a Sales Executive you will cover all the key objectives and requirements to achieve individual and team targets for the year and ensure that you hit sales targets and deliver results for the project.

Sales Executive Duties include:

* Pursuing sales leads and exploring dormant accounts, developing strong new business relationships.

* Carrying out market research on potential clients to drive new business.

* Negotiating and closing deals, using the full range of sales techniques

* Meeting the sales and financial targets.

* Ensuring online platforms are updated regularly

* Create and organize a lead pool of new prospects for different projects

* Engage decision makers (typically CEOs, MDs, or Division Heads) using email, phone, and LinkedIn.

* Continually generate ideas to improve the production process and help build the business unit

* Develop account management skills with a view to manage clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and develop repeat business with them on an ongoing basis in the future

Profile

The ideal Sales Executive candidate will …

* Have Solid and successful experience in a similar lead Sales or Business Development roles.

* Be able to evidence previous sales knowledge within customer service environment. As well as be enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised individual who has an outgoing, approachable personality.

* The Sales Executive should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop effective relationships at all levels.

* Proven experience in a sale orientated environment, with experience of working to and achieving set targets would be desirable.

* Extensive knowledge of online platforms/ social media

* Be willing to make a high volume of calls per day to seek new customers & chase any enquiry to fruition.

* Experience in Attending Face to Face meetings where necessary to build and maintain new relationships with customers.

* Be prepared & willing to prepare tender documents to present to the company.
