Are you an experienced Class 3 Building Control Surveyor looking for a new challenge in the public sector? We're working with a Local Authority that is on the lookout for a talented Surveyor who is class 3 registered.

What We're Looking For:

·Local Authority experience (AI experience also considered)

·Excellent written communication and report-writing skills

·Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

·Class 3 registered with the BSR

·Mentoring lower competencies
