The role involves managing office operations and supporting the team in a busy and growing financial services business. The role is based full time in Pinner with hybrid working opportunities available after probation.

Client Details

Our client is a medium-sized organisation in the financial services industry based in Pinner. They have a strong reputation for providing high-quality financial planning advice to their clients and are known for their professional yet approachable work environment. They are currently looking for an Office Manager to provide support to the MD in preparing for client meetings, filing, facilities management, office management, as well as some accounts administration.

Description

Manage and oversee office services including administrative and support staff
Gather client information ahead of meetings and assist with post-meeting documentation
Accounts reconciliation
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Provide support to the financial planning team
General office management duties
Filing
Manage office budget and expenses
Coordinate and organise meetings and eventsProfile

A successful Office Manager should have:

Ideally a background in a similar role within financial services (not essential)
Excellent organisational and management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
