Our client based in Newcastle is a leading housing association and one of the biggest providers of high-quality housing in the charity sector.

They currently have several exciting opportunities to join the team as a Complaints Handler, starting as soon as possible.

The roles will be temporary, for an initial period of 3 months but could be extended depending on workload.

The hours of work will be full time Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour.

Duties of the role will include:-

· Case manage and investigate customer complaints
· Be accountable for all customer contact throughout a stage 1 complaint via telephone, letter, or email
· Build and monitor action plans for customer completions or escalation if/when appropriate
· Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
· Other daily office administration tasks relating to the above

We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, including accurate clear written skills and good telephone skills. Candidates will also need to have administration experience and confident users of IT programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience with complaints handling would be advantageous, but customer service experience will be an essential requirement for this role.
