By providing early stage concept/strategy services advice, utility planning, MEP tender documentation and site inspections, they help guide their customers through all stages of their projects.

As the business prepares to enter it’s third year of trading, employing 10 staff and rapidly becoming a household name amongst the regions MEP elite, recruitment will be key to modest growth plans. The recruitment of a Senior Mechanical Engineer is seen as a key hire, could potentially be made to fit a strong Intermediate, however a client facing technically capable HVAC Design Engineer who can work upon their own initiative is of paramount importance.

Working alongside end users and developers in the main, this position will best suit a friendly and approachable Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer who values the benefits of working within a closely-knit team. Taking great pride in his/her work and offering a polished professional service, the successful candidate will be tasked with project ownership and ensuring all customers feel confident their schemes are in safe hands. Having the patience to listen, but the confidence to speak and advise is a delicate balancing act, managing expectation whilst delivering the very best results often in complicated environments, whilst in collaboration with multi-disciplinary partners and project managers.

Applications are invited from high performing Mechanical Design Engineers with a successful track record of delivering a heating, ventilation and air conditioning design for a wide range of buildings. Experience across Leisure, Commercial, Industrial, Health/Social Care, Residential and Education would be attractive, providing performance specs and designs to stage 3 / 4.
