Our client is a national developer and management service for domestic housing. The design, build and maintain complete communities and developments in the country.

As part of their complete service, they maintain all aspects of the properties they manage which includes electrical, lighting, heating, plumbing and structural.

They are currently looking to take on an experienced Gas Safe service and maintenance engineer around the Twickenham, Hounslow, Kingston and Uxbridge area.

You will be supplied with a list of clients to call on and be expected to complete Gas Safety checks boiler and system services.

If you discover any additional works to be carried out, you are expected to complete them if practically possible during the visit otherwise report it back and have a second visit booked to complete the additional works required.

Qualifications required include CCN1, Gas Safe, CENWAT and CKR1 cooking appliances along with a valid UK driving license.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hrs a day, paid door to door, with an on call standby rosta of 1 in 5 which incorporates evenings and weekends (a daily on-call bonus of £32 is paid along with all out of hours work being paid door to door at premium rate).

Vehicle, uniform, laptop, phone etc supplied along with any test equipment (own basic hand tools would be expected from the employee,).
