Salary:                 £42,000 - £50,000 p/annum

This opportunity would be ideal for a Mid-Senior Interior Designer or Interior Architect with proven experience in the luxury hospitality or high-end residential sectors and is confident using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Package:

£42,000 - £50,000 p/annum

Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Duties:

Develop and present creative concepts tailored to client briefs.
Produce detailed design documentation and coordinate technical drawings.
Manage FF&E selection, procurement, and installation processes.
Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables align with budgets.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. 

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 + years of experience in interior design, specifically on luxury Hospitality or Residential project
Proficient user of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray or Enscape)
A high-quality portfolio of previous work
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
