About the role:

Join our team at as a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, focusing on boosters and interventions. This part-time role offers a competitive daily rate and involves supporting students, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL), to achieve their academic goals.

You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted interventions, ensuring all learners receive the support they need. This position is crucial in helping to foster a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with Key Stage 1 students, ideally in an intervention or booster capacity.

• Ability to support students with special educational needs, including those with EAL.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience and empathy when working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering targeted interventions to small groups of students.

• Support the class teacher in planning and preparing resources for lessons.

• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.

• Help create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
