2024 has been an exciting year, with growing momentum behind a full-spectrum CNC business offering. Thanks to strong positioning and sustained success, the team is expanding and looking for an experienced CNC Field Service Engineer to join the journey into 2025 and beyond.

The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their engineering skillset across a wide variety of machines and technologies. This isn’t a repetitive service role — it’s for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to be part of an agile, high-performing business.

You’ll be supporting customers across the UK with:

Diagnostic work, fault finding, servicing and repairs on a wide range of CNC machines.

*

Exposure to both high-end, multi-axis systems and simpler 2-3 axis tools.

*

Opportunities to work on machines both within and outside of the company’s portfolio — a genuine challenge for a well-rounded engineer.

Using advanced diagnostic and testing equipment to deliver high-quality service.

Collaborating with a knowledgeable and experienced team who share ideas and solve problems together.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a CNC Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.

*

Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding and repair skills.

*

Confidence working with a range of controls and machine brands.

*

A proactive problem-solver with great communication skills.

*

Someone who enjoys variety and working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in machine tool building or rebuilds.

*

Background in delivering bespoke engineering solutions.
