Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

Ark Search are pleased to be working with a highly regarded firm in Newcastle who are looking for a Conveyancer to join their expanding team. The client have a well established, highly reputable department and are looking for additional support to strengthen it.

Duties will include:

* Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing files

* Dealing with sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, re-mortgages, newbuilds and transfers of equity

* Handling own title checks

There is a lot of support within the department to assist with cases. There is also great career progression opportunities for the right candidate looking to further their career in property law.

Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with ideally 2 years experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters.

Salary: £35k - £45k (DOE)
