Account Assistant
Job Details
PumpServ are a thriving service business working within commercial building engineer services. We require an accounts assistant to work in our busy finance department. The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following tasks;
Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, expenses, and transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assisting in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Payroll Processing: Supporting payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data.
Administrative Duties: Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence related to financial matters.
Customer and Vendor Communication: Responding to enquiries from clients, vendors, and internal staff regarding financial transactions and records.
