Lead Generation Executive

Are you a go-getter with a passion for identifying new business opportunities? We’re looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team in Cheltenham. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth by sourcing and nurturing potential clients across a variety of sectors, including retail, luxury brands, property management, and more.

Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, social media, and networking.

* Qualify leads and pass on opportunities to the sales team for further development.

* Maintain accurate records of all lead activities in the CRM system.

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive results.

* Meet and exceed lead generation targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

* Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or any target-driven environment.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.

* Highly motivated and resilient, with a positive attitude toward challenges.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
