An amazing opportunity to join a large well-known construction consultancy as a building surveyor. This company are a highly motivated team of Building Surveyors, Architects and Technicians covering the UK.

With the role requiring you to take ownership of key projects, operating independently and as part of a team. They pride themselves on their culture of trust, respect, teamwork, collaboration, and motivation.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Position: Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Experience: 3 Years Health & Safety

Information on the role

* Contract administration

* Building surveys and reports

* Schedule and plan preventative maintenance programmes

* Advise on appointing contractors, designers, and procurement routes

* Preparing scheme designs, specifications, and schedules of dilapidations

* Advise on conservation of historic buildings

* Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to

The Ideal Candidate

* MRICS

* 3 Years Building Surveyor expereince

* Contract Adiminstration Experience

* Knowledge of CDM2015

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD

* desirable but not essential

* Strong written and spoken communication skills

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships

* Knowledge of health and safety and building regulations

* Cost management skills

* Friendly and approachable

* Full Driving License
