What You’ll Do As the Registered Care Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, steering care services with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Your role will be to:
Lead and Inspire: Guide your team to excel, ensuring a high standard of care and support at all times.
Personalise Care Plans: Create tailored care plans that promote clients’ dignity, independence, and personal goals.
Recruit and Develop: Attract, train, and support staff to build a capable, confident, and compassionate team.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and best practices in health and safety.
Represent and Grow: Act as the external face of the business, seeking ways to enhance and expand care services. What We’re Looking For We need a Registered Manager who is professional, innovative, and truly values kindness and compassion. Ideal candidates will have:

In-Depth Knowledge: Expertise in domiciliary care, regulatory standards, and health and safety protocols.

Organisational Skill: Ability to maintain meticulous records, uphold quality systems, and protect confidentiality.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle emergencies, evolving client needs, and ongoing training. Qualifications We Value
Relevant social care qualifications, ideally with or working towards a Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Experience managing care services, performing risk assessments, and supporting diverse client needs
Emotional intelligence, strong communication, and team-building abilities
Full driving licence with no more than 6 points; business insurance if using a personal vehicle
Desirable: Financial management experience and knowledge of business operations In return the client is offering a salary of £30,000-£35,000 and you will be an important part of the Senior Management team within the business.
