Sales Administrator, Waterlooville, Full Time, Permanent
Our client's expanding team is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will be accountable for efficiently and accurately receiving, processing, and completing customer orders. The Role:
* Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
* Provide quotations for new and existing customer accounts
* Verify order accuracy and ensure all necessary information is included
* Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues
* Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
* Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
* Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Preferably experience in order processing, account management or a related field
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
* GCSE passes in English and Maths
Additional Information:
* Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 and 9.00am to 5.00pm
