In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the design and engineering of BMS projects, taking them from initial enquiry through to final handover. This includes everything from system design, hardware selection, and control panel layouts to ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting the engineering team in creating bespoke software and system graphics, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver on client expectations.
As a Project Engineer, your day-to-day will involve site surveys, producing detailed scope-of-works reports, and generating fully costed proposals. You’ll work closely with project managers to coordinate installations, manage resources, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and profitability. You’ll also have opportunities to suggest and implement system improvements, enhancing energy efficiency and overall system performance.
This is a hybrid position based out of the offices, and in London, with opportunities for home working, providing a balanced and flexible working environment. You'll have the chance to make a real impact by designing and implementing cutting-edge systems that will drive the success of the company while also developing your own skills and experience in the process.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Significant relevant experience in the BMS and environmental controls industry
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control technology
* Experience in system design and a clear, methodical approach to problem-solving
* Ability to manage project resources, sub-contractors, and site surveys
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
* Full UK driving licence
