We're seeking a talented and experienced lead Air Conditioning Engineer to join and lead my client's growing team.

Main duties include installing, servicing, and maintaining single-split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems across client sites. Diagnosing system faults, training junior engineers, and developing a cohesive team.

As they expand into the commercial sector alongside our residential work, your responsibilities will evolve. Expect surveying, quoting, and job material listing. Attention to detail, fluency in English, and a tidy work ethic are paramount.

You should possess a minimum of 3 years' of air conditioning industry experience. An organised work van, daily reporting to the office, and familiarity with electronic systems are mandatory. Manufacturer-specific VRV training and diagnostic skills are crucial for this role.
