Think FE is proud to be working with a Worcestershire-based college to recruit for this fantastic opportunity. This role offers a chance to support a busy and successful department across both Redditch and Worcester campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the CRQ Leader in managing day-to-day operations.
Attending meetings with parents and handling minor staff issues.
Ensuring the CRQ Leader is backed up and not isolated in managing the team of 42 staff (SEN tutors, PLCs, support staff). Requirements:

SEN experience and a teaching qualification (TQ) are essential.
Previous experience in an Ofsted 'Good' department is highly desirable.
Familiarity with systems such as Promonitor and Workplace/Unity is a plus.
A valid driving licence is essential as the role requires work across both sites (no mileage paid). Why Apply?
