Key Responsibilities
* Lead and modernise end-to-end supply chain processes across Aerospace and Conveyor Chain divisions.
* Drive and implement ERP/MRP system integration from the ground up, supporting digital transformation goals.
* Develop, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team including buyers, planners, warehouse, and stores personnel.
* Manage long aerospace lead times (typically 6–12 months) and complex tri-party order agreements.
* Build strong global supplier relationships with a focus on strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and sustainability.
* Optimise procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics.
* Ensure strict compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 14001.
* Contribute to sustainability goals including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and circular economy practices.
* Collaborate closely with the MD, HR, IT, and Engineering teams to support broader business strategy.
Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking someone who combines operational rigour with big-picture thinking, a supply chain professional who thrives in fast-paced, quality-driven environments:
* Supply chain experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering is highly desirable.
* Hands-on ERP/MRP implementation experience (from scratch or major overhaul).
* Strong understanding of sustainability practices within manufacturing.
* Excellent leadership and people development skills.
* Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 14001.
* Experience managing long and complex lead times within global supply chains.

* 1 Supply Chain Leader
* Warehouse & Stores Team
* Subcontract Planner
You’ll also have the scope to grow and reshape the team as the company scales
