What we're looking for:

* Proven experiece as General Manager in a busy fast-paced restaurant setting.

* Expetise managing reservations and guest experiences using platforms like seven rooms, tevalis, or similar systems.

* Strong leadership skills to inspire, train and manage a high-performing team.

* Excellent knwledge of food safety, compliance and operational practices.

* Passion for Jamaican cuisine and a strong understanding of customer engagement.

* Someone who has energy and vibrant.

Key Responsibilites

* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes.

* Manage reservations and guest flow using seven rooms.
