Description

As an Accounts Payable Advisor, you'll be at the heart of a busy finance team, processing a high volume of invoices and ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll be managing your own workload, liaising with suppliers, and collaborating across teams to resolve queries efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

Processing invoices and credit notes: Ensuring accurate coding by expense type and VAT treatment.
Supplier account management: Reconciling accounts, maintaining master data, and resolving discrepancies.
Issue resolution: Handling queries promptly and escalating significant concerns where necessary.
Building strong relationships: Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Advisor should have:

Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting or a related field
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
