Recruitment Account Manager, Industrial - Norwich

£26,000 - £28,000 plus commission pension, 25 days holiday

My client is a large independently owned recruitment company and are now looking to expand their Industrial team in their Norwich branch with an experienced Account Manager. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a very successful team where you will mainly be looking after Industrial clients as well as managing an existing temporary workforce to help resource and fill their long term temporary roles. This will be based in our newly refurbished office in Norwich we provide free parking and lots of company incentives for the team. You will receive top class training and will be mentored and supported by the senior leadership team to enable you to achieve your full potential and progress in your recruitment career. If you wish to move into a full 360 Recruiters role on the industrial team this is also an option.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

* Providing the best possible service to clients and candidates

* Arrange and attend inductions and interviews

* Interviewing candidates in branch

* Using job boards and social media to attract candidates to fill urgent roles

* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies

* Assist the Industrial Team as and when required

* Option to move into a 360 sales recruitment role if desired

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
