Senior Sales Operations Analyst / Deal Desk Analyst
* Up to £53,000 per annum
* Fixed Term Contract - 10 months covering maternity
* Hybrid role working 3 days in Shoreditch, London and 2 days remotely
Working for a successful and rapidly growing Threat Intelligence Company we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst or Senior Revenue Operations Analyst with Deal Desk experience to join their successful team in London.
This is a 10-month contract role covering maternity and will be working full-time 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from their offices in London which are a short walk from Old Street Tube and then working 2 days remotely.
The activities of the Sales/Revenue Operations Analyst provide vital insight that the front line sales team uses to sell as efficiently as possible, and with a sustainable, repeatable process.
What the sales operations analyst will do:
● Manage Sales/Revenue Operations ticketing queue for EMEA - majority of the time you will be assisting with building quotes, confirming T&Cs, and PODs
● Own deal desk for EMEA; help Sales reps with building quotes & ensure the correct paperwork is in place prior to close
● Assist with the development & implementation of Sales reports and dashboards
● Ensure all changes to account territory & ownership are updated in SFDC and other Sales systems
● Undertake data collection, processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
What you'll bring:
● Proficient in G-suite and Microsoft Excel
● Experience working with Salesforce is essential
● Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
● Experience working in a SaaS environment preferable
● BI platform experience is a plus but not essential
How you will stand out from other candidates:
