Reporting into the Plant Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their journey into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and implement a 5-year Operations Vision for sustainable, year-on-year improvements in cost and yield.
Operational Excellence: Utilize performance systems and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and drive innovation.
Health, Safety & Environment: Promote safe working practices and a Safety-First culture, ensuring compliance with HSE legislation.
Supply Chain Management: Cultivate intimate supplier and customer relationships, seamlessly linking Demand and Supply.
Production & Quality: Collaborate with the Plant to maintain high-quality production standards and strive for world-class manufacturing.
Engineering & Maintenance: Identify and initiate machinery replacements or expansions, formulating investment proposals for senior approval.
Financial Management: Partner with Finance to produce and monitor the annual Capital budget, ensuring projects align with Capex expectations.
People & Team Management: Foster open communication, effective training, and a family culture aligned with company values.What We Offer:

Previous experience in a Process engineering or Mechanical engineering position, within the Manufacturing sector
Must be HND qualified in mechanical engineering
Must have relevant post graduate working experience in manufacturing
Passionate, charismatic and a keen desire to be successful with reliable and professional approach
