ROLE SUMMARY
This job covers dual responsibilities within our manufacturing processes; for Visual Inspection & Final cleaning of our products.
The primary focus is visually inspecting our products to ensure our high-quality standards are maintained.
Additional duties also include Ultra-sonic cleaning, Nitric-acid-passivating and occasional laser marking, and bead blasting.
Occasional duties may include packing and dispatch from time to time and local deliveries.
CORE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Visually inspect products for defects, burrs, blemishes, etc
* Visually inspect products are clean from dirt, stains, blemishes, etc
* Visually inspect products conform to laser-marking specifications on customer drawings.
* Ultra-sonic cleaning & Passivation of components & products followed by drying in preparation for dispatch
* Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions, consistently meeting high quality standards

* Good housekeeping in the area of operation
* Visual inspecting products
* Effective flow of work in and out of section
* Adhere to requirements of the Company’s QA policies
* Willng and helpful approach to Ad hoc tasks

* Give specific attention to those on his/her section and other sections as required by Management
* Good time keeping
* Maintain good working practices
* Uphold Company policies including but not exhaustive of, eating and drinking policy, mobile phones & IT equipment policies
* Implement Health & Safety policy which is relevant to his/her section
* Monitoring of equipment within section and identifying maintenance requirements and notifying management
