In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will resolve issues related to energy accounts, billing, and services, while providing clear and accurate information about their energy offerings.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual and somebody who is quick to build rapport with customers and co-workers alike, all whilst having a key focus on the company's high standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a friendly, tightknit team to provide essential support to customers, whilst providing a great work life balance and regular team socials.

The role:
* Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding services and energy accounts
* Be a source of knowledge for new and existing customers
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

The Person:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Open to growth opportunities
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Knowledge of the energy sector (Advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided)
