Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a Forklift Licence and excellent attention to detail? Our client is looking for someone like you to join their team! As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, working under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities:

Utilise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to efficiently pick and pack orders
Prepare and complete orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Receive and process stock products using the WMS
Maintain good in/goods out procedures
Assist with stock replenishment
Book in deliveries and communicate any issues or discrepancies to management
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety Standards

Requirements:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Forklift Licence (Bendi/Pivot Steer preferred, but at least Reach and Counterbalance)
Professional appearance and good verbal communication skills
Dependable and reliable, with a diligent attention to detail
Excellent numerical skills and computer literacy
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both management and co-workers
Proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System and bar code scannerPhysical demands:

Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
Stacking goods in correct racking/storage bays
Handling empty pallets
Picking and packing onto pallets and cartons for courier collectionsWorking hours & Benefits:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

45-minute unpaid lunch break
2 x 15-minute tea breaks (am and pm)
