Role: Production Manager
Location: Crondall, Farnham

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm

Platinum Recruitment are currently supporting a winery in search for a Head of Production / Production Manager. You will be involved with the production of a range of quality wines, including sparkling & still from vineyards across the UK

50% office based & 50% in the warehouse
Contribute to a business leading the global drive for sustainable production What's involved?

Manage all production & warehouse operations
Oversee bottling, riddling, disgorging, labelling & warehousing
Maintenance & repair on high spec winery machinery
Stock control & ordering
Review, update and implement SOPs
Manage small team of production operations
Heavy lifting up to 20kg Forklift license is desirable but not essential - the company are willing to provide training.

Wine experience is preferred, if not then previous work with liquid production or a brewery.
