OTE circa £50,000

Our client is a market leader within the engineering and are a recognised business supplying nationally and worldwide.

They are on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic team player, who’s seeking personal growth and development within the civil engineering sector. Our client will be open to looking at any Account manager with a background in engineering sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues effectively & as quickly as possible with the help of the external BDM/Sales rep.

* Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our customers and identify growth opportunity in every interaction.

* Working with the sales team, in pipeline management, to ensure all opportunities are being followed through.

* Offering support to external/internal sales BDMs with quoting and following through of admin-based tasks

* Customer interaction will include fanatical proactive follow-up, and all interactions documented on CRM.

* Help taking the pressure of our stretched existing team

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.

* Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your day

* A good training programme and support would be given to get you fully engaged in your role.

* Experience of working with CRM sales tools, and processes and a ERP system would be a benefit
