Job Title: Reward and Benefits Manager

Salary: £30,000 to £33,000

Location: Birmingham

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Reward and Benefits Manager/Reward and Recognition Manager for a fantastic company in Birmingham. This role will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive reward and recognition programme that align with the organisation's strategic goals.

The Candidates responsibilities:

Designing, developing and implementing an effective reward and recognition initiative
Create an all encompassing recognition plan taking into consideration both formal and informal, local and service wide methods
Developing a plan to recognise individual and team achievements, contributions and milestones
Promote awareness internally of the reward and recognition programme
Putting together a pay and grading structure that is fair and maintains pay integrity
Manage the internal job evaluation process
Organise and coordinate events and celebrations to recognise team and individual successes
Monitor reward trends and evaluate any data and trendsSkills Needed:

Experience within a similar role is necessary
An understanding of rewards and recognition
An excellent set of admin and communication skills
A strong and up to date understanding of Employee Legislation
A CIPD level 5 qualification is desirable
