Are you an experienced Practice Accountant with Management Accounting experience looking for a dynamic role in a well-established and growing accountancy firm? We are recruiting for a talented individual to work directly alongside a Partner, playing a crucial role in managing client accounts and supporting business operations.

The Role:

As a Management Accountant and PA to Partner, you will be a key part of the team, providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Providing statutory and management accounting services to a varied client base

✔ Working closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategy

✔ Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports

✔ Overseeing Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext for clients

✔ Supervising and guiding junior staff members

✔ Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards

✔ Supporting process improvements and efficiency initiatives

About You:

? Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred)

? Strong experience in management accounting and general practice

? Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Dext

? Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills

? Motivated, self-starter, and proactive mindset

? Comfortable working in an office-based role (no remote work)

? Must be able to commute to Sevenoaks within 40 minutes
