OUR CLIENT IS AN ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURER OF GRP PRODUCTS AND HAS BEEN FOR OVER 60 YEARS, DUE TO CONTINUED GROWTH AND EXPANSION THEY ARE NOW LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING.

Have you got experience in leading a GRP Laminating team. Have you experience in using hand layup processes?. Would you like to pass your knowledge to others and be a mentor? If yes, then we want to talk to you.

Our client has an established manufacturing base in North Lincolnshire, They have an enviable reputation for quality, reliability and flexibility which has enabled them to adapt to ever changing market demands and client specifications. With all that in mind our client is looking to expand the team and have immediate opportunities for GRP professionals. Our client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self-motivated and hardworking, to which will lead to a permanent opportunity.

What we are looking for:

Experienced in GRP and competent with the hand layup Method
Experience in leading a team, MENTORING, and sharing best practices
Applicants must be physically fit due to the nature and responsibilities of the role
Applicants to be able to fit out, construct according to designs
Reliable, well-mannered and have a good absence and timekeeping record
Conscientious, enthusiastic and willingness towards meeting deadlines
To ensure that all work undertaken is competed with regard for quality, productivity and safety.
Proactive with a desire and attitude to learn and develop
An excellent attitude towards Health and Safety and will be expected to work at a high standardWe Can Offer:

£16.00 Upwards per hour DOE
Friendly and supporting working environment
Opportunity of a permanent contract

Working hours are 07:30am to 16:30pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 07:30am to 13:30pm
